Example: Automated Item - Trial

Overview
In the Trial stage, the prospect has signed up for a trial membership to use the facility or programs for a limited number of days. The example below follows up with a text message midway through their trial.

1. Status: For prospects in the Trial stage.

2. Run at & Date Time: This automated text will be run midway through the prospect's trial period.

3. Kind: A text message will be sent

4. Label: The name of the automated item. 

5. Template id: A text template previously created 

6. Description: The full text template that will be sent to the prospect.
