Example: Automated Item - Enquiry

Overview
Here is an example of an automated item created when a prospect begins in the Enquiry status stage. This is where your prospects first come in to GymSales from your website, walks in to your facility or imported from another source.

1. Status: For prospects in the Enquiry stage.

2. Run at: This automated reminder will be run immediately a prospect is entered into GymSales.

3. Kind: A reminder will prompt the salesperson to make a call.

4. Label: The name of the automated item. 

5. Description: Details of procedures to complete during this call.
